The path to a House majority on Capitol Hill runs through heavily Latino districts in states such as Arizona, Colorado and Texas. It's where Democrats are counting on disaffected Trump supporters to swing back their way. But it also unclear whether Democrats have sealed the deal with voters who lack strong allegiance to either party. Latinos shifted to Trump as a group two years ago, and their votes helped return him to the White House with a Republican-controlled Congress. But now many are souring on the president and his party. This time, their votes could upend the balance of power in Congress in next month’s midterms.
