Wall Street is poised to open with gains as the technology sector bounce back from a string of losses. Bitcoin’s slide appeared to stabilize. Futures for the S&P 500 and Dow each rose 0.5% before markets opened Friday. Nasdaq futures climbed 0.6%. Technology stocks have taken a hit this week as concerns persist over massive recent AI investments by many of the Big Tech firms. A number of chipmakers rebounded Friday in the wake of this week’s losses. Intel rose 1.6%, Advanced Micro Devices gained 2.4% and AI bellwether Nvidia was up 3% in early trading. Bitcoin hovered around $66,000.
