Stocks are falling on Wall Street as the price of crude oil tops $100 a barrel again. The S&P 500 fell 0.3% Wednesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 311 points, or 0.6%, and the Nasdaq composite fell 0.4%. The price of Brent crude jumped 3%, going back above $100 a barrel for the first time since July. The surge in oil prices follows the latest attacks between the U.S. and Iran. The conflict has stifled the flow of oil through the Strait of Hormuz. Treasury yields held relatively steady. Markets in Europe fell and markets in Asia were mixed.
