Rihanna Shots Fired

A judge has found a woman charged with the attempted murder of Rihanna to be mentally competent to stand trial. The judge issued the ruling Tuesday in a Los Angeles county court after psychiatric evaluations for 36-year-old Ivanna Lisette Ortiz. Ortiz has pleaded not guilty to firing at the home of the singing superstar Rihanna, her rapper partner A$AP Rocky, and their children. Police allege that Ortiz fired at least 20 bullets at the property on March 8. No one was injured, but shots hit an Airstream trailer and a nursery. Ortiz faces multiple charges, including assault with a semiautomatic firearm. She could get up to life in prison.
