A Russian drone has struck Ukraine’s security service headquarters in Kyiv, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says. The attack Friday wounded nine people. It comes as U.S. envoys prepare for diplomatic talks in Moscow and Kyiv. Zelenskyy emphasized the importance of U.S. involvement in peace efforts. Meanwhile, Russian strikes in Ukraine have intensified, with deadly attacks in Odesa and Dnipro. Ukrainian drone strikes have also targeted Russian oil depots, increasing economic pressure. In Finland, authorities are investigating a Russian-made drone found on a shoreline. The ongoing conflict shows no signs of resolution.
