Ukrainian officials say that Russia’s continuous aerial attacks have killed at least seven people and wounded over 80. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov suggested peace talks are unlikely following recent Ukrainian attacks. Ukrainian forces have made some advances on the eastern front, recapturing territory. Meanwhile, Ukraine has targeted Russian defense plants and oil facilities with long-range strikes.
