Ten people are facing charges for allegedly locking themselves inside an apartment while police investigated a shots fired call on Saturday night.

Police say officers heard several gunshots near 10th Street and Manhattan and tried to stop a car, but the driver sped off with the people inside eventually running away when it got to an apartment complex.

Police say the group refused to come out - SWAT responded and helped with a search and arrest warrant.  

Police say during the search, three guns were found and seized. 

One suspect, 20-year-old Alexander Castillo faces charges of discharging a firearm from vehicle, discharging a firearm where others endangered, felony eluding, obstructing and resisting. 

The other listed suspects face a charge of obstructing and resisting

20-year-old Penelope Diaz

20-year-old Julian Bermatse-Garcia 

20-year-old Miguel Padilla faces a charge of probation violation along with obstructing and resisting.
