Police are investigating a homicide that happened near the railroad tracks in downtown Reno on Thursday night.
Police say the unidentified woman died on scene near Commercial Row and Sutro Street just before 5:30 p.m.
Authorities say everyone involved is cooperating with the investigation.
Police say there's no active threat to the community.
