NV Energy says a power outage is currently affecting about 200 customers in Sparks, Nevada. Â The homes and businesses affected are all in the 89431 zip code, and the outage is centered around 18th Street and Pittman Ave. Â The power company says the outage occurred shortly before midnight and, at the time of this writing, it is unknown when full power will be restored. Â NV Energy believes an issue with the transformer is causing the outage. Â Â
