The Reno City Council voted to approve a 30-year lease for Sky Tavern on Wednesday.

Concerns were raised over whether or not Sky Tavern could keep up with low snow levels over the next couple of years.

Some say the City should let Mt. Rose take ovr the property and that the park is underutilized by the City.

There were 196 comments in favor of the motion at the City Council meeting on Wednesday. It carried unanimously.
