A suspect has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that critically injured a child in Sparks on Tuesday.

A 3-car chain reaction crash slowed traffic on I-80 east near Lockwood early Tuesday morning.

The Nevada Highway Patrol Major Incident Reconstruction Team is investigating this crash.

A stolen fire department truck has been recovered by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, with the investigation still active.
