A crash in Tahoma, California near the South Lake Tahoe area resulted in the death of a person who ended up pinned between a truck and a tractor-trailer.
A trailer fire broke out early Sunday morning in Lyon County and was quickly extinguished.
The Nevada State Fire Marshal's Office was contacted, and they have responded to investigate the cause of the fire.
Officials say there was no one in the travel trailer at the time of the fire.
Toxicology results showed Lee’s blood-alcohol concentration was 0.218%, records showed. The legal limit is 0.08%.
The Wednesday morning crash stalled cars on I-580 south through Washoe Valley.
No other injuries were reported.
Nevada State Police say the 76-year-old driver died on scene.
