Sparks Firefighters are working to determine who is responsible for a small fire at an apartment complex Sunday morning.
Just after 3:30 a.m. Sunday, crews responded to 275 C Street Apartments, on reports of activated smoke alarms.
Upon arrival, Firefighters found a 10" x 5" area of hallway carpet had been burned, before being extinguished by a resident.
The fire investigator on scene determined the fire was intentionally set, using some type of flammable liquid and matches.
The fire's cause is considered incendiary, but no damage estimates are available.
