Station Casinos opened its first sportsbook in Northern Nevada on Tuesday inside Baldini's Casino in Sparks.
The newly refurbished sportsbook inside the casino features a mobile app called Sports Connection Mobile that allows betting on the go.
It also links Baldini's with Station Casinos network of 16 other sports books.
"Sportsbooks are incredibly important to the casinos because everyone loves watching the games, they love wagering on the games, they love the excitement, and it's been a huge part of our business over the years, and we saw that opportunity to partner with Baldini's and bring our offerings up here,” says Station Casinos spokesperson Lori Nelson.
Station Casinos says they are open to expanding to additional sportsbooks in the future.
