With vehicles ranging from snow plows to swat vehicles, there is sure to be a truck your kid will love! Its only 5 dollars and all proceeds will go to high desert Montessori school. That is this Saturday starting at 10 a.m. at Peterbilt Truck Parts and Equipment in sparks. For more information, visit their Facebook.

Get out and enjoy the weather downtown with the Dine the District event. Where you can go on a walking food tour and enjoy entertainment and a variety of culinary delights! Bring your appetite to Reno envy Saturday at 1 p.m. For more information on that, click here

And after eating your way around Reno, you can head to the Junior League of Reno’s 2nd annual Bloom spring fundraiser!

“There's going to be live music, there's amazing raffle prizes, but most importantly we are going to spread the word about our homeless youth,” said Dottie Sandoval, President of the Junior League of Reno.

The organizations supported are Lexie’s Gift, Safe Embrace, Volunteers of America, and the Eddy House of Reno. The fun starts Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Governor’s Mansion, and don't forget your best hat...because there's a contest for that! For more info on that, click here

You can also head to a car wash fundraiser held by The Bearded Sinners of Nevada; funds are being raised for the annual Beard Festival to support Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful on June 2nd.

That car wash is this Saturday at the Dads Quick Mart, 521 Sparks Blvd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
