ORIGINAL STORY (APRIL 27):
There have been new developments in a 34-year-old cold case in Placer County as officials have arrested a suspect.
Placer County officials say they found 64-year-old James Lawhead living in Arizona under a different name.
He is a suspect in the 1991 kidnapping and murder of Cindy Wanner.
At the time she was taken, authorities say Wanner's 11-month-old baby was left in a highchair crying.
Wanner was later found strangled to death about 40 miles from where she was taken nearly a month earlier.
Officials say advanced DNA testing and a facial recognition tool led to the breakthrough.
