We want to take a moment to thank all of you who have downloaded our news and weather apps for your smartphones and tablets.
We also want to remind you that once you have them, you need to update them from time to time, just like all of your apps.
We've heard from a number of users lately who aren't getting the most up to date news from us through the app. We've found it's because the user hasn't updated to the most recent version of the app.
If that doesn't work, try powering your device completely off and back on. This can also eliminate glitches that can crop up in electronics.
Just know that we're constantly updating news and information on all of our platforms, so if you see that process stop, now you know what to do to fix it.
If you haven't download our apps, you can do that through Google Play or Apple App stores, and be sure to opt in for our push notifications so you're always up to date.
