Four Republicans join Democrats on extending ACA subsidies

House Republicans are moving forward with their own version of a healthcare bill to try to lower insurance premiums. But that legislation does nothing to address the Affordable Care Act subsidies set to expire at the end of the year. And that forced a few House GOP members to break ranks and vote with Democrats to support their plan. Erica Brown is in Washington with more details.
