The Washoe County Sheriff's Office says detectives arrested a 25-year-old man on several charges, including lewdness with a child and statutory sexual seduction on Wednesday.Â
Deputies say Joseph Lawrence Torres-Tamez met the victim online.Â
Deputies say Torres-Tamez was booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility on two charges of Statutory Sexual Seduction, three charges of Lewdness with a Child 14 or 15 years old, and three charges of Luring.
They say the charges are related to incidents involving one female victim that occurred in November of 2019 at an undisclosed locations in Washoe County.
Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division deputies assisted with this investigation.
