A foot of snow will likely fall in the Sierra this weekend, with Donner receiving anywhere between 12-19 inches of snow between Friday evening and late Sunday. The snow will mainly accumulate on grassy areas, but will stick to the road at times too. Especially at night.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in place around here until 11pm Sunday. Avoid travel in the Sierra overnight into Sunday if possible!
