On Thursday, Washoe County deputies announced crews have restarted their search for 17-year-old Sunni Dicarrillo near Silver Lake.Â
His kayak was found in the water and a paddle was discovered earlier this month.Â
Crews plan to put boats back on the water and use dogs, sonar equipment and even divers to find any evidence of the teenager.
He is described as 5'9" and 190 pounds, and was last seen wearing a brown jacket and blue jeans.Â
Anyone who may have seen Dicarrillo is asked to call (775) 334-COPS.
"There's a family involved, that family, no matter how tragic, is entitled to answers," says Harmon. "It's even more tragic when you don't know."
