Parents who want to protect their kids from inappropriate content on social media have a real fight on their hands. Many apps make it too easy for kids to lie about their age to sign up for an account. Our consumer technology reporter Jamey Tucker ran across a popular app for kids that even he couldn't sign up for, and he tried to trick it into believing he had a young child.
