After nine seasons with six teams in the National Football League, Chris Carr is calling it a career. The former McQueen star announced he is retiring from football on his Twitter page this morning.
"I'm official(ly) retiring from football this week. It's been a great ride!..."Thank you to everybody in Reno for supporting me-especially at McQueen high school" (@trplcarr)
Carr was not drafted out of Boise State. But originally caught on with the Raiders as a free agent. He tallied 7,349 return yards and had 230 tackles as a defensive back.
