This week, the Nevada Supreme Court ruled in favor of a lawsuit by the Nevada Democratic party to block Green Party Candidate Jill Stein from appearing on November's general election ballot. Stein had strong words for the democratic party.

"This is extremely anti-democratic. This is a slap in the face to the voters of Nevada, who deserve choices," Stein said.
The state's Democratic party had sued to kick Stein off the ballot after the Green party submitted enough signatures to include her.
