Upon arrival officers learned that a motorcycle driven by 21 year-old Tyler Cook of Reno had been involved in the accident. Cook was traveling northbound on Rock Boulevard when a vehicle changed lanes in front of him abruptly. Cook's motorcycle struck the right rear portion of a vehicle described as an older model blue or green 4-door sedan with unknown license plates.
