Nevada Women's Basketball Postgame Notes: #1 Boise State 72, #8 Nevada 67

Postgame notes

-Nevada finished its 2018-19 season with a 12-19 overall record after an exit in the quarterfinals of the Air Force Reserve Mountain West Championship. The Wolf Pack nearly knocked off the No. 1 seed Boise State, falling 72-67.

-Senior Jade Redmon closed out her collegiate career with a career-high 25 points. She finished 11-of-15 from the field and collected five rebounds.

-Senior Terae Briggs scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds in her final collegiate game. She fell just seven points shy of becoming Nevada’s 14th 1,000 point scorer.

-Junior Camariah King also reached double figures with 11 points, knocking down three 3-pointers and tied her season high of eight assists.

-Nevada shot 50 percent for the game and was 50 percent from beyond the arc, which was well above its season average. Boise State shot under 40 percent from the field.

-Boise State’s Braydey Hodgins scored a game-high 37 points to lead the Broncos. She was the only Bronco to reach double figures. Hodgins hit three triples and was 14-of-15 from the free throw line.

-The Wolf Pack committed 23 turnovers to Boise State’s eight.

-Nevada head coach Amanda Levens is now 4-2 in the Mountain West tournament.

-The all-time series between Nevada and Boise State is now 41-17 in favor of the Broncos.
