New Beds Donated to The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army's Men's Adult Rehabilitation Program received a generous donation from Mattress Land Sleepfit on Tuesday.

The Salvation Army's 'Men's Adult Rehabilitation Program' is a facility dedicated to rebuilding the lives of men who are dealing with substance abuse and other serious life problems.

Today they received 70 new beds.

“If we think about our own lives and when we get that good night's sleep, how much better is our day? How much better are we able to take on the challenges of that day? And just think for somebody who’s coming off the streets or somebody who's coming from somewhere else, when they get that good night's sleep they're able to really work on themselves because they feel more rested,” says Lt. Michael Dominguez, Assistant Co-Officer Salvation Army

Mattress Land Sleepfit donated nearly $28,000 in mattresses along with comforters, pillows and sheets.
