Scottie Scheffler won the Masters Tournament on Sunday.Â
He finished 11 under while his closest competitor finished seven under.
Scheffler has been ranked the number one golf player in the world for over two years. This Masters win is his second, as he also won the 2022 Masters tournament.
At the eighth hole, Scheffler was tied with competitors Ludvig Aberg, Max Homa and Collin Morikawa, before hitting three straight birdies and taking the lead.
Ludvig Aberg ended up placing second overall. Max Homa, Tommy Fleetwood and Collin Morikawa tied for third.
Scheffler will receive a $3.6 million prize for his win, in addition to the traditional green jacket given to the Masters winner each year.
