Fire and rescue crews responded Tuesday to reports of a car crashing into a house near 10th Street and Julie Lane in South Lake Tahoe.
According to South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue, the initial report indicated a vehicle had gone into a home at the intersection.
However, crews later determined the car had run up over a curb and struck a planter box on the side of the house.
No contact was made with the house, and there was no structural damage.
One person was transported to Barton Hospital with what are described as minor injuries.
Officials said the scene has since been cleared.
