The Yerington/Mason Valley Fire Protection District responded to a fire just after midnight on Tuesday, June 4.
A semi-truck was on fire near highways 208 and 339.
No injuries were reported, and firefighters believe the fire started at the rear axle of the semi-truck.
According to firefighters, the truck was hauling bananas.
