Lyon County Sheriff’s Office deputies have captured 41-year-old Joey Agustin Garcia in Mason Valley.
Earlier this week, the sheriff’s office asked for the public’s help finding the wanted man on their Facebook page.
According to the post, Garcia was wanted on multiple charges including:Â
- Domestic battery by strangulation
- Failure to appear on possession of a dangerous weapon by a prisoner
- Failure to appear on battery by a prisoner
- Failure to appear on unlawful acts related to human excrementÂ
- Battery on a protected person
- Felony damage to jail
- Misdemeanor domestic battery
