The Storey County Sheriff's Office (SCSI) responded to a call today regarding a stabbing that took place at the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center.

According to a release from SCSO, deputies arrived at the job site and found a man identified as Ricky Duboc covered in what looked like blood and carrying a spring-loaded knife - Duboc was immediately arrested.

A second man, William Roemer, was found with life-threatening injuries that he had allegedly sustained during a fight. Roemer was transported to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.

During the investigation, deputies learned that Duboc was the primary aggressor in the fight, which appeared to be related to both men being members of motorcycle gangs.

Deputies say a bystander was also stabbed during the fight. The bystander's injuries were not life threatening and he was treated at a local hospital.

Duboc was booked into the Storey County Detention Facility on the charges of attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon motivated by hatred or bias towards the victim, mayhem with the use of a deadly weapon, battery resulting in substantial bodily harm with use of a weapon and battery with intent to kill.

An investigation is still ongoing.
