The Sparks Police Department has arrested a man who initially sped away on his dirt bike the first time officers attempted to stop him.
20-year old Hayden Rogers of Sparks was recently arrested and booked into the Washoe County Jail.
SPD officers originally attempted to stop Rogers on Wednesday, March 26 in the area of Wingfield Hills Road and Rolling Meadows Drive. Rogers sped off, and officers did not give chase for safety reasons.
