Squeeze In has announced plans to open a new location in spring 2026 at 2020 Red Drive in the Reno Experience District.
The restaurant will be owned and operated by Whitney Goldwater, who currently owns the Carson City Squeeze In with her family.
Goldwater, a former 911 operator, became an owner in 2023 after being a longtime customer, along with her husband, Mike, and their children.
“People dine at Squeeze In for an experience that is more enjoyable, fun and delicious compared to a traditional casual dining breakfast or lunch spot,” said Goldwater. “I grew up in Northern Nevada and I’m thrilled to bring Squeeze In to this exciting new development area in midtown Reno.”
Squeeze In was founded in 1974 in Truckee, California.
The company now operates eight restaurants across California and Nevada. Each location features customer-signed walls, various forms of art and decoration, and a menu that includes omelettes, pancakes, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, sandwiches, salads, and other breakfast and lunch options.
The new location will be part of the ongoing commercial development in midtown Reno.
