Two people were found inside the Nevada Museum of Art and arrested by the Reno Police following a search of the property after a burglar alarm was activated.

Several officers were dispatched to the museum after the alarm went off, with a report of two people inside on Wednesday at around 1:30 a.m.

When officers arrived on the scene and began searching, an officer watching the perimeter saw two people trying to scale a portion of the museum that was under construction.

Officers on the perimeter of the building, with the help of museum security providing video surveillance, found the two people.

They were both arrested for alleged burglary and identified as 20-year-old Amaya Velazquez and 21-year-old Samuel Collonius.Â
