Washoe County has been my domicile for 16 years, but I have physically been in Washoe County for 13 years. 3 years were spent in Ohio for Law School.

I have experience in small team management. Experience and education in handling historic documents. And all of the skills required to be a practicing attorney readily translate to administrative government work. 

WHAT IS YOUR TOP PRIORITY IF ELECTED?

Ensuring the Washoe County Clerk's Office follows Nevada marriage equality laws. And preventing Artificial Intelligence from causing damage to our documents, records, and logging personal information required for marriage and passport applications. 

IN JUST A FEW SENTENCES: WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM FACING WASHOE COUNTY, AND HOW WOULD YOU FIX IT?

The Washoe County Clerk's Office is an administrative position with no policy making authority. However, I believe Artificial Intelligence is a huge threat to the duties of the Clerk's Office and will do whatever I can to resist its implementation within the Clerk's Office. 

CONSUMER PRICES, GAS PRICES, AND HOUSING COSTS ARE HISTORICALLY HIGH, WHILE WAGES HAVE NOT KEPT PACE IN NEVADA. WHAT IS YOUR PLAN TO HELP WASHOE COUNTY CITIZENS WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY?

WHERE DO YOU STAND ON THE RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF AI, AND THE PROLIFERATION OF DATA CENTERS? WHAT ROLE DO YOU SEE WASHOE COUNTY TAKING IN EACH?

I am avidly against Artificial Intelligence. It allows Third Parties access to our sensitive documents and data. Furthermore, it has been causing mass damage to records and documents. The Hugging face situation is a prime example that it can not be reliably controlled. And finally, a computer can not be held accountable, and should never be used to make decisions.

My only desire is to operate the Washoe County Clerk's Office in the manner that best serves the people of Washoe County.
