Sparks Police have issued an arrest warrant for Mike Clare in connection with the death of a man whose body was found in a parked car last week. 

Police have also identified the victim as 41-year-old Isaac Reshatoff. 

Police found Reshatoff's body in the 600 block of east Prater Way. 

Police still need help finding Clare's Suzuki GSXR motorcycle. It has black rims, but no license plate and the VIN is unknown. 

The 53-year-old is known to spend time off road in the hills around the Sparks and Reno area.
