Original Story, June 15:

Thousands of people from all over are hanging out at the 27th annual Barbecue, Brews, and Blues festival at THE ROW in Downtown Reno.

The festival had live music, games, and over 150 different beers from many different brewers.

The place was very lively, and organizers spoke about what this is all about and what it means to the community.

"The Reno community is woven together over years of fun and energy and just really family," said the Senior Vice President of The Row, Ken Ostempowski. "I think that's what the Row represents is family and when you can bring that whole family together, the Reno we know, we love being together with our family members."

The festival had a couple big names from the blues music scene such as the Voo-doo Dolls and the Commodores.

Our own 2 News Nevada team competed in the beer Olympics and brought home the gold.

There was something for everyone, especially the children.

The kids' zone had games, prizes and sweets and we can't forget the great barbecue that everyone seemed to enjoy.

If you still want to catch the festival, you can on its last day which is Sunday.
