The Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) responded to a major injury crash on US 395 at Pleasant Valley on Wednesday afternoon.
They said two vehicles were involved and it was a head-on crash just north of Bowers Mansion.
NHP says one person was extricated from a vehicle.
The scene is clear at this time.
NHP said the cause of the crash is unknown and they're still investigating whether or not drugs, alcohol or speed were factors.
