 Some people think that 2015 will bring more problems with North Korea, political turmoil in Washington, and perhaps some financial bumps in the road to recovery in Reno. But Theresa Peacock with Above and Beyond believes it will be a good year ahead. We went to her Wednesday to ask her about the upcoming year. And she read the cards for the Biggest Little City in the World.Â
"First we got the devil card and while a lot of people think that's bad news it's actually good news for money. I see that Reno will continue to recover financially. But everyone's got to get on board and think positively about it to make it happen," she said.
In addition she said that some cards came up twice.
"Making right decisions twice on the table . That's a really good sign. It means that business will grow. Business is going to go really really well in Reno this year," she said. "And then we get the fool which means we'll have to take some risks but we'll make the right decisions and the outcome will be positive instead of negative."
And we had her check her crystal ball too.
"Let's see here," she said. "There's the sunburst of energy that's a good sign. And then ..ooo...the ski resorts are going to have a great season. Not enough snow to get us over the drought but a good season for them."
She said she didn't see any severe weather, floods, fires or natural disasters either. So cheers to 2015!Â
