Mono County Sheriff's Office says crews responded for a skier rescue on Saturday evening near Bridgeport. They said the injured skier was a 29-year-old man from San Francisco. They said he had fallen while skiing in the West Couloir/Gully on the Incredible Hulk in the Hoover Wilderness.

If you see smoke in the Washoe Valley area it's from pile burning being conducted by the Forest Service. The agency says it is pile burning in the area of the Little Valley Fire to help reduce hazardous fuels.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch in the greater Lake Tahoe and western Nevada area from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday July 4th.
