The Carson City Sheriff's Office (CCSO) determined threats of a "violent event" taking place at Carson High School on Wednesday are unsubstantiated.
The code yellow was issued at 11:30 a.m. and was lifted just 10 minutes later.
In a statement released from the principal of Hug High School, Cristina Oronoz, said there is no evidence of any credible threat.
Police say there's no threat to the public.
