Top U.S. and Russian Diplomats Discuss Arms Control

The top American and Russian diplomats have discussed arms control and other issues as Moscow signals readiness to include some of its latest nuclear weapons in the last remaining arms control pact between the two countries.

The U.S. State Department said Friday that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed next steps in the bilateral strategic security dialogue.
