A 69-year-old man faces several charges after a standoff with deputies at an El Dorado County gas station late Saturday afternoon.
Deputies say Robert Brewster also pointed a loaded shotgun at a customer inside the Chevron station, in Fresh Pond, just east of Pollock Pines, around 4 p.m.
Deputies say Brewster eventually surrendered peacefully to law enforcement and then was booked into the El Dorado County Jail in Placerville.
All of the employees and customers got out of the store without being harmed.
