Hot August Nights announced they are moving back to the heart of Reno for its 40th anniversary.
This year, the main event is happening at familiar locations like the Silver Legacy and Circus Circus.
Hot August Nights representatives say the goal is to return the event to its roots.
"New things this year, we are expanding our event series. We're going to have a few more award winners, and we've got MAG Auctions back. You know, we've really gone back to some of the things people really love about the event," says Lisa Jansen, HAN executive director.
She also said they are making efforts to improve customer experience heading into the new year.
This year's event is happening from July 31st to August 9th.
