NDOT says traffic flaggers will alternate directions of traffic through one lane of the Cave Rock Tunnel on U.S. 50.
The lane restrictions will be in place from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Sunday night.
Drivers will be able to travel either direction through the tunnel but should anticipate delays as directions of traffic are alternated.
Depending on the amount of work accomplished Sunday night, NDOT says similar lane reductions may also take place during the same times on Monday night.
The lane reductions are for roadside electrical work associated with NDOT’s ongoing project to resurface US 50 from Spooner Junction to the state line.
