Truckee Fire Protection District, Cal Fire, The U.S. Forest Service firefighters and Truckee Police responded to a house fire in the area of Winter Creek Loop Friday night. It happened just after 7:30 p.m.
Firefighters were able to keep the fire contained to the home and prevent flames from spreading into nearby vegetation.
The cause of the fire is under investigation and there were no reported injuries.
