A man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle.
Chane Anderson will be eligible for parole after four years, according to a release from the Washoe County District Attorney's Office.
In August of last year, Anderson was under investigation by Sparks Police when detectives with the Northern Nevada Repeat Offender Program identified him as a repeat offender and started looking into his activities.
While under surveillance Anderson was seen driving two different stolen vehicles and was arrested on two counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Convictions on those charges are Anderson's sixth and seventh felony convictions, according to a release from the Washoe County District Attorney's Office.
Some of his prior convictions include home invasion and robbery.
