The Douglas County flood call center is changing hours of operation to 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Residents can call 775-783-6038 to report any non-emergency-related flood concerns. For any emergencies, including flood emergencies, call 911.
As a reminder, the County asks the public to stay vigilant and prepared during winter storms.
