Nevada State Police troopers are seeking witnesses to a car crash that killed a Fallon woman on U.S. 50A in mid-November.

Specifically, the crash happened on Thursday, November 16, just before 10 p.m. on U.S. 50A at Fulkerson Road in Churchill County. 

NSP says a preliminary investigation indicates that a 2006 Saturn Vue, with two adults and three kids, was heading east for some unknown reason, the SUV went off the road to the right, onto the dirt shoulder, turned and overturned. 

NSP says both the driver and front passenger were thrown from the car. "The investigation is still ongoing in determining who the driver is," says NSP. 

One of the adults, 24-year-old Victoria Jasmin Villareal died on scene while the second adult was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. 

The three juveniles suffered minor injuries.
